Pre-Clean Eating FAQ
-
I'm very interested in participating, but I typically have work or social engagements once or twice a week where I can't follow the clean eating plan for a meal. Will the program still be effective for me
-
I completely understand your concern, but this is not a major issue. You are still welcome to join the program; simply adjust your start and end dates to accommodate your schedule. Remember, the true goal and lasting health benefits are not solely dependent on seven days of perfect adherence. Ultimately, this 7-Day Clean Eating challenge is designed to help you understand how to reclaim your health through food, learn to make healthier meal choices, and build sustainable, long-term habits.
-
-
My job is physically demanding. Is it okay to have more than one portion of rice or carbs?
-
While we encourage healthier meal choices, we also understand the need to accommodate your personal energy requirements. If possible, we recommend keeping to one portion of carbs and supplementing your meal with more filling vegetables, fruits, or nuts, which you can eat when you're hungry.
-
-
I work in an office, so preparing lunch isn't convenient. Can I still participate effectively?
-
Absolutely. If you can't cook during the day, we suggest preparing your lunch in advance with portable items like salads, multigrain bowls, or sweet potatoes. When eating out, a "mixed rice" stall is a great option. It allows you to build your plate according to the 211 guideline: choose a carbohydrate base (rice/potatoes), load up on vegetables and mushrooms, and add a protein like eggs or lean meat
-
-
As someone who regularly eats meat, I'm concerned that such a sudden dietary shift will be too difficult and that my body won't adapt well.
-
Your concern is completely understandable. To facilitate this change, we provide a supportive community environment. You will be invited to a WhatsApp group with health coach and other participants for ongoing guidance and mutual support. Furthermore, we advise a pre-clean eating transition period where you gradually reduce your overall food consumption and intake of animal-based products. This step significantly eases the adaptation process once the official clean eating begins.

-
My family cooks meals, is it challenging for them to accommodate me?
-
For the best experience, we recommend explaining your health goals to your family. You will likely find them supportive, and they may even start cooking in a way that makes your choices easier. When building your plate, you can then follow the 211 guideline: fill half with vegetables, a quarter with protein, and a quarter with carbohydrates. Your commitment could positively influence their own eating habits, helping to foster a healthier lifestyle for the whole family.

Products FAQ
-
I'm on medication for high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol. Could your products conflict with them?
-
eLEAD products are concentrated whole food (CWF), made from purely whole, plant-based foods and are not known to conflict with medications. In fact, when the body is managing health conditions, it requires ample nutrition to support the immune system, facilitate cleansing, and conduct repairs. Therefore, a nutrient-dense fasting plan like this is highly beneficial.
-
-
Could consuming the products in such quantity, especially the fiber, cause constipation or discomfort?
-
The recommended daily fiber intake is approximately 30 grams, or about 10 apples with the skin. As most modern diets are deficient in fiber, consuming three packs of SoyGreen or FiberTalk daily is not excessive. Be aware, however, that a high-fibre diet can cause constipation without adequate water, since fibre acts like a sponge that requires fluid to soften stools. Hence, increasing your fluid intake is essential when you increase your fibre consumption.
-
-
During the clean eating, I feel bloated and sometimes have no appetite. Is this normal?
-
Yes, both persistent bloating and fluctuations in appetite are common initial reactions. When you significantly change your eating habits, your digestive system needs time to adapt. Our clean eating plan is high in fiber, and since most people are not accustomed to such high amounts, some temporary bloating is to be expected. Please note that only a small minority of people experience these reactions, and they typically subside as your body adjusts.

Post-Clean Eating FAQ
-
Congratulations on completing the 7-Day Genki Clean Eating Program! Could you please share your feedback by filling out this feedback form?
-
Will weight or body shape rebound after losing weight through clean eating?
-
Weight rebound after the clean eating program occurs if you return to your previous eating habits or consume even more calories, as body weight is primarily determined by daily caloric intake. The ultimate goal of the program is to cultivate lasting, healthy eating habits and support the body's natural detoxification processes. The clean eating journey helps develop a greater appreciation for vegetables and fruits and a clearer understanding of the burden that oily, meat-heavy, and processed foods place on the body.

What should I do after the 7-Day Clean Eating ends?
-
The 7-Day Clean Eating is just the beginning of transforming your eating habits. To maintain these healthy habits, you can adopt one or more of the following strategies:
-
Option A) Join us for a 7-Day Clean Eating each month.
-
Option B) Maintain a "semi-clean eating" daily diet. This involves eating more vegetables and fruit, and less meat, dairy, oil, sugar, salt, rice, and noodles. You can support this by consuming one pack of SoyGreen and one pack of RaisinTree daily.
-
Option C) Start every day with a pack of SoyGreen for a breakfast rich in balanced nutrients.
