I Am Not A Passionate Engineer
After graduating with a degree in Environmental Engineering, I became an sales engineer at M&E industry. However, both during my studies and throughout my career, I realized that I had little interest in the engineering field. In an effort to change my destiny, I decided to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA), hoping to switch career paths and secure a higher-positioned, better-paying job.
After completing my master's degree, I attempted to transition into other industries such as healthcare and education but faced repeated setbacks. Ultimately, I found myself back in the engineering sector, working as a Sales and Market Development Manager at a multinational corporation. After 12 years as an employee, I gradually grew weary of office politics, performance pressure, peer competition, limited vacation time, and the income ceiling.
An Illness Led Me To Discover A Remarkable Preventive Science
In 2012, I suffered from hives (urticaria), which caused unbearable itching all over my body. Treatments from both Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) proved ineffective. After half a year of torment, I tried a complete plant-based concentrated whole food (CWF) supplement. In just over two months, I recovered completely. Surprisingly, it also resolved other health issues I had struggled with for over a decade, such as chronic constipation, dull and dry skin, chapped lips, bloating, and mouth ulcers. I was astonished: How could fruits and vegetables alone solve health and sub-health problems that even medications couldn't address? This prompted me to delve deeper into the preventive science behind it—Nutritional Immunology.

I Became Obsessed With Learning And Sharing Nutritional Immunology
Since childhood, I have been passionate about health knowledge and thought I knew more about wellness than the average person. However, after watching Dr. Jaufei Chen's first YouTube video on Nutritional Immunology, I realized how superficial my previous understanding of health had been. I came to understand that the best doctor for the human body is actually our own immune system.
Driven by intense curiosity, I gathered every resource I could find on Nutritional Immunology—videos, books, and articles—and studied them repeatedly. I would listen to the same video over ten times, absorbing the knowledge like a sponge, whether during my commute, while doing household chores, or even while exercising. After learning, I enthusiastically shared with my friends and family, even "forcing" them to listen to me at least once—because I believed this health concept was crucial for them.
My Daughter's Rare Illness Made Me Firmly Believe: Health Must Be In Our Own Hands
Between 2011 and 2013, I was identified as high-risk for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and later diagnosed with Sjögren's Syndrome (SS). At the time, autoimmune diseases were unfamiliar and frightening to me, and I repeatedly postponed my plans to have children. In 2014, my eldest daughter was born, and just one month after her birth, she was diagnosed with Neonatal Lupus Erythematosus (NLE). The disease affected her platelets, red blood cells, liver, and skin. The doctors explained that she was too young for medication or treatment.

Feeling helpless, I decided to nourish her immune system with complete plant-based concentrated whole foods. Eight months later, she made a full recovery. My daughter’s and my own experiences made me deeply realize: the immune system is the root of all diseases and the foundation of health. Nourishing it is our own responsibility—one we must never shift onto doctors.

It Turns Out I Have The Superpower To Communicate With My Body
After studying Nutritional Immunology, I can now handle health issues with greater ease: I no longer obsess over numbers on medical reports, am not swayed by exaggerated health supplement advertisements, don’t live in constant fear of consuming foods that might trigger autoimmune diseases, and no longer feel anxious about how to care for the health of my family and parents. I can even effortlessly manage my weight, balance nutrition, control inflammation, and regulate mood swings. The feeling of being able to communicate with my body and take control of my health is truly amazing.
Moreover, I’ve become more rational and scientific in discerning health information online, no longer easily deceived by sensational claims. I’ve read numerous health-related books, many of which were written by doctors, scientists, and pharmacists. Despite being highly educated, their health perspectives can be completely opposing—for instance, some strongly advocate a vegan diet, while others promote the ketogenic diet. With a solid understanding of nutritional immunology, we can integrate the strengths of different approaches, find balance in our lives, and live healthily and happily.
I Once Thought I Could Never Become A Teacher
I have always loved teaching, but I gave up on the idea of becoming a teacher early on because I had no interest in textbook content. After delving deeper into Nutritional Immunology, I began receiving invitations to share health knowledge at small-scale events. Gradually, I stepped onto larger stages, speaking about my experiences to audiences of hundreds. To spread Nutritional Immunology to more people, I proactively learned about marketing, reaching over 100,000 individuals through websites and videos. This way, I could not only help those around me but also assist many strangers from all over the world.
Through continuously sharing my experiences and knowledge, I gradually became known as "Teacher Eexin" (a health coach). I never imagined I could have a career that integrates health, marketing, and teaching—three things I am deeply passionate about. For this, I am truly grateful.

Our Value Lies Not Only In Health Guidance But Also In The Companionship And Encouragement We Provide Along The Way
To better serve our customers, I established the "Genki Consultant" team, assigning a dedicated health coach to each customer. Many people initially come to us for health consultations, product information, free e-books, or courses. However, as we get to know each other, trust and friendship gradually develop. We admit we can be a bit "nagging"—we insist that everyone first understands the principles of Nutritional Immunology before discussing products. This is because, on the journey to health, products are merely supplementary, while proper health education is the foundation.
Through daily interactions, we subtly guide our customers in managing their emotions, adjusting their lifestyles, and improving their diets. When they feel helpless during illness or lost in confusion, we offer care and support. Often, it’s not that customers don’t know how to handle their health issues—they simply need someone to talk to about health, to hear a word of encouragement: "Well done, you’re on the right track," "You will surely recover," "You will succeed in losing weight," "Your immunity will definitely improve..." Let us accompany you to stay healthy into old age (Your WellnessPal).
Cultivate A Health Expert In Each Family
Dr. Jaufei Chen’s vision is to “Create A Disease-Free World.” To contribute to this great vision, we have set forth the mission of “Cultivate A Health Expert In Each Family.”
Since learning about Nutritional Immunology, I no longer force my children to drink milk out of fear that they lack protein, no longer buy glucosamine supplements for my parents to support their knees, and our family breakfasts no longer consist of biscuits, bread, and chocolate drinks. I also no longer feel anxious or irritable over minor issues.
Every detail in our lifestyle and diet impacts our immune system and overall health. This is especially important for mothers—every dish prepared at the dining table and every health concept taught to their children can influence the well-being of generations to come.

Health Is A Choice

"You are what you eat!" But I believe a more accurate saying is, "You are what you live." Each element of the SEED health code—Sleep, Exercise, Emotion, Diet—is equally important. While most people agree with these principles, many don’t know how to put them into practice correctly.
Take me, for example: I study health knowledge every day, so choosing healthy foods comes naturally to me. I spend my days with positive people, and we explore the world together every year, which keeps my emotions in a good place. Eating well, exercising consistently, and maintaining emotional balance also improve my sleep quality. This positive cycle continues to reinforce itself. Even as my body ages, my overall health remains better than that of many my age.
Remember: What we want is to live healthily and happily. You don’t have to force yourself to eat "healthy" foods you dislike, drag yourself to the gym, pretend to be happy, or struggle to fall asleep. But don’t get me wrong—I’m not encouraging complete indulgence. Achieving health still requires effort. However, there are always easier and simpler ways to do things. We simply want to share a more balanced and relaxed approach to health with you.
